BIOGRAPHY

As a Master Therapeutic Coach, Emotional Release Facilitator, and Breathwork Healer, Katie has dedicated over 15 years to helping her clients to live Daring & Mighty lives through timeless and transformative practices that deliver profound, lifelong change.

Her first book, ‘The Self Love Affair - A Woman’s Guide To A Daring & Mighty Life’ was published in 2015, then revised and expanded into a second edition in 2025. This powerful guide has inspired countless women (and men) to silence the voice of self-doubt and step into lives filled with pride, purpose, and passion.

Katie notably spoke on the TED-X Stage for Google London and regularly speaks at and hosts events with a women’s wellbeing and empowerment focus.

Her work and her message is rooted in a belief that every human has an extraordinary potential to become the most expansive and inspired version of themselves. She reminds her clients and audiences of their intrinsic worth and supports them in reclaiming their power.

Katie grew up in Australia, lived 25 years in the UK and is now based in the USA. She is a loved up wife, mum and step mum who can be found most days hiking with her dog in the woods!
